    PAYMENT SCHEDULE

    The Payments are purely based on work in progress of the villa. The land (Plot) will be registered in buyer's name before the start of construction, and building permit is obtained in buyer's name itself. Home loan can be availed up to 80% of the construction cost.



    On booking of your unit - Rs.1,00,000/-
    On registration of sale deed of the land - cost of land
    On the start of foundation work - 20 % of construction cost
    On completion of foundation - 20 % of construction cost
    On completion of entire structure - 20 % of construction cost
    On completion of plastering  - 20 % of construction cost
    On completion of flooring  - 20 % of construction cost, less the booking amt.
    On handing over  - Statutory deposits & expenses

    Taxes that have to be paid with each installment are;

    Taxes to be paid on completion of the villa

    a) One time Building Tax

    b) Annual Panchayat Tax

    c) Workers welfare cess


    Other deposits and expenses to be paid on completion/handing over of Villa:-
