    My villa at "LifeSpace" Kottayam by KCC Homes is coming up in a brisk pace. Since I haven't started living there the testimonial is on why I chose KCC.

    After hearing many horror stories of people who booked villas and apartments with some prominent builders I was very careful to choose a reliable builder who values quality. KCC is spearheaded by Mr. Vakkachan who is a qualified civil engineer. The quality of KCC's earlier projects, especially the apartments "City Heights", Kottayam, is quite good. The feedback I got from the inhabitants of City Heights about KCC was also impressive. Mr. Vakkachan has been very prompt in replying to my queries, always open to new ideas. It is quite reassuring that I can contact him directly (rather than a PRO) anytime by email or telephone to discuss any aspects of my villa's making.

    KCC Home's "Life Space'is located in a serene, lush green village, Peroor near Kottayam. It's not too close to the busy town but close enough, a short commute to my workplace in Kottayam town. The pretty river Meenachil and a playful suspension-bridge across the river is only a short walk away, which remains the main attraction for my son. A stream from the river runs bordering the property, irrigating the paddy-fields next door. The open-wide green fields provide a cool breeze throughout the day.

    The gated property has only 39 villas in about 4.5 acres which makes it not too crowded. From the info I got about the people who have booked villas there, I am sure that a vibrant community will spring up in Life Space soon.

The Payments are purely based on work in progress of the villa. The land (Plot) will be registered in buyer's name before the start of construction, and building permit is obtained in buyer's name itself. Home loan can be availed up to 80% of the construction cost.
